We recently had the pleasure of participating in the Curtin University WA Careers Fair as part of “Jobs and Employability Week 2024”. The event provided an excellent opportunity for us to talk our business, discuss the exciting opportunities within Austral Construction, and introduce our new Graduate Program to a talented pool of future engineers.
Our team, Michael Wilkinson, Mark Wood, Joshua Male, Nyan Min Lwin and Agatha McDonagh, were on hand to engage with students and share insights into our industry. The enthusiasm and interest shown by the students was fantastic, and it was so good to see so many young engineers eager to explore their career options with Austral Construction.
The event was not only a platform to showcase the diverse projects we undertake across Australia but also an opportunity to highlight the unique aspects of our Graduate Program. Through this program, we offer a rotational structure that provides in-depth, on-the-job training across various disciplines, combined with mentoring from senior experts and a partnership with Engineers Australia.
