Conserving energy, water, paper and other resources – particularly those which are scarce or non-renewable.

Reduce, Re-use, Recycle

Reducing wastes through the ”3R” principle of “Reduce, “Re-use” and “Recycle” and by using reconditioned and recycled products and materials where such alternatives are available.

Reduce Emissions

Managing and minimising discharges and emissions to air, land, and water and assessing the actions necessary to reduce the risk of pollution.

Educating Employees

Encouraging staff, through education and training, to work in an environmentally responsible manner and to play a full part in developing new ideas and initiatives.

Working Together

Work together with customers and suppliers to reduce the use of natural resources i.e. energy, water, and the greenhouse gas emissions and wastes associated with construction activities.
